  • First semester: Pay by either Tuesday, 16 September or Friday, 17 October 2025
  • Second semester: Pay by either Friday, 30 January or Friday, 27 February 2026

Late payments? You probably don’t want to go down that road. It could affect your course registration or access to campus services.

Refund Policy

If something comes up and you need to pull out, JHU offers partial refunds, depending on how early you make the move:

  • By the second Friday of classes: Full refund (100%)
  • By the fourth Friday: 80% refund
  • By the fifth Friday: 60% refund
  • By the sixth Friday: 30% refund

Past that point, you’re out of luck.

One Last Thing

Fees might change each year. So, don’t assume they’ll stay the same if you’re planning long term. It’s smart to double-check with the school or visit the James Hope University official website before making payment plans.
